I have a Nokia N95 8GB, the age of six months. May08 on the screen before was completely empty (as if the word). He left for repairs, which lasted more than 4 weeks. It happened again recently. How many times has in the repair prior to the offer, a new mobile phone that I have to fight to be replaced. Who knows, our rights?

Call Nokia Care, and discuss the issue. At least the official history and in the best case you can find the problem with the phone calls are resolved and show you where to send the phone to replace it.
I think it depends on the network as UR - Sony Ericson, I broke down and sent a new O2 (same number), which also broken. They said they had to break 3 times before I could get a new model.
I think it depends on the extent of the damage. If it can not be repaired, it will be if they do not replace the phone
